Dr. Grant F. Hutchins was born and raised in the panhandle of western Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in History and completed his medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Hutchins completed his training in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology/Hepatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a fourth-year fellowship in Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Hutchins enjoys all aspects of Gastroenterology practice, in particular pancreaticobilary medicine, quality in endoscopy, and endoscopic outcomes. Dr. Hutchins is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) amd is Board Certified in Gastroenteroloy. In his spare time he enjoys running, being outdoors, and traveling with his wife Katie (also a Gastroenterologist) and children.
