We are working vigilantly to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19. We have COVID-19 protocols in place to protect our patients, guests, staff, providers and community.
Due to recent increased community spread Midwest Gastrointestinal Associates, PC has implemented enhanced precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We are continuing to see patients in our clinic, infusion center, and ambulatory surgery centers. However, at this time, we are not allowing anyone to accompany the patient. Special exceptions are allowed but need to be arranged prior to the appointment. Virtual care (also commonly referred to as telehealth or telemedicine) for office consultations are still available if desired. Insurance carriers continue to update their telehealth and telemedicine guidelines. It is important for you to be aware you may incur out-of-pocket costs depending on your insurance plan.
To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (402) 397-7057. Our schedulers are available by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Travel increases your chance of getting and spreading COVID-19. As an organization we will continue to recommend essential, local travel only i.e.: medical appointments, pharmacy, place of employment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to diagnose and treat patients with COVID-19 in our clinics. If you suspect you may have COVID-19 or have ANY of the symptoms above; please contact your primary care provider or applicable local health department.
All patients scheduled for an appointment will be required to pass the screening criteria at the front door. We will ask you to sanitize your hands, maintain social distancing, and wear a mask at all times while in the building.
We care about your health and well-being. Please do your part to reduce your risk and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Refer to the resources below for more information and guidance.
