Jordan D. Holmes, MD

    Jordan Holmes attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Following graduation he completed a three year internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He served a year as the Chief Resident prior to beginning his three year fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology, also at the Cleveland Clinic. Seeking to be proficient in Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Dr. Holmes spent an additional year of training in advanced endoscopy at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Holmes is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American College of Gastroenterology, and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

    Dr. Holmes grew up in Wichita, Kansas. However, he was raised a Husker fan by his father who was born and raised in Gothenburg, Nebraska. He is looking forward to game days in Lincoln. Dr. Holmes is also a fan of visiting the desert, spending time with his family spread across the United States, and listening to terrible music, according to his wife!
