Jason J. Cisler, M.D.

    Dr. Cisler was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received his medical degree from UNMC in 2000. He then moved to Chicago, Illinois and pursued  postgraduate training at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, where he received multiple teaching awards during his internship and residency in Internal Medicine.  Following residency, Dr. Cisler stayed at Northwestern for a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, where he participated in research projects focusing on esophageal disease and therapeutic endoscopy and served as chief fellow my third year.  Dr. Cisler is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and is currently a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American College of Gastroenterology. He and his wife, Dina have found Omaha a great place to live and raise our two children.
