Payment Options

Patients are expected to pay their patient responsibility at time of service. This may be in the form of copays, deductibles or co-insurance. If you are unable to pay your balance in full at time of service, please contact our office at (402) 397-7057 to discuss payment arrangements. In cases of financial hardship, we request you contact our Financial Counselor at (402) 933-4559 to discuss payment options and arrangements.

We have several options for payment. The most convenient way is to pay your bill online by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
