It is important that you have a good understanding of your insurance plan coverage and what, if any, financial responsibilities you may have when receiving medical care from us. You should always check with your health insurance plan before your appointments to make sure you understand your covered benefits and costs. Because insurance plans vary widely, we strongly recommend and encourage you to speak with your insurance company. Your case manager or nurse will also advise you of assistance programs that are available.
